Assists higher level mechanics in repairing and maintaining machinery, mechanical equipment, and electrical systems in assigned area /department.  Possesses a working knowledge of all machines in assigned area. Adjusts process lines to accommodate type of product being run. Performs preventive maintenance to ensure Food Safety and Food Quality.
